Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that leave clients feeling pampered, confident, and beautiful. Your expertise in manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions will help elevate our salon's reputation for excellence. As a Nail Technician, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired to return. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert recommendations on nail care and color choices based on color theory principles Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry innovations like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met while providing outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields experience working as a Nail Technician within the beauty industry or similar setting Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing designs and nail art mastery is highly desirable Experience in retail sales or upselling products is a plus Join us to turn your passion for beauty into an inspiring career!
