Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a talented and magnetic Manicurist and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will bring your passion for nail care and artistry to provide exceptional manicure and pedicure services, including gel manicures, and regular polish applications. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation, and customer service will ensure clients leave feeling confident, pampered, and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic salon and spa environment while building lasting relationships with clients and coworkers alike. This position is commission based. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as regular manicures, regular pedicures, gel manicures, and gel pedicures with precision and creativity Apply and maintain nail enhancements while adhering to salon safety protocols and sanitation standards Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and recommended treatments to promote healthy nails Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness of workstations by following disinfection procedures and sanitation guidelines Stay current with industry trends in color theory and nail art techniques Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols Skilled in various nail techniques including gel manicures, gel pedicures, regular manicures, and regular pedicures Excellent communication skills to engage with clients confidently and professionally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, or skin treatments is a plus Join us in creating stunning nails while delivering outstanding customer service!
