We are currently hiring for Cosmologist Esthetician Massage therapist Essential Job Functions Communicate clearly, professionally, and constructively with members, guests, team members, management, and others through spoken and written communication; listen actively; objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others; and comprehend instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form. Receive direction, review own work, keep commitments, keep others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues, and address problems constructively to achieve department goals and practical business solutions. Remain alert and responsive to member and guest needs; provide prompt, accurate, appropriate, courteous, and professional service; demonstrate hospitality, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor at all times; respond effectively to questions, service requests, and service breakdowns; prioritize guest needs; and take appropriate action to ensure a high level of member and guest satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Act in accordance with established Club guidelines, policies, and standard procedures; recognize and comply with written rules and practices. Interact respectfully, tactfully, and professionally with members, guests, team members, and others who may have different values, cultures, backgrounds, communication styles, concerns, or expectations; develop rapport, recognize the concerns and feelings of others, build relationships based on trust, and address difficult or stressful interactions with dignity, patience, and politeness. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, busy, and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining physical stamina, composure, professional effectiveness, sound judgment, and an appropriate professional demeanor under pressure and while meeting deadlines. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts; receive members and guests promptly for scheduled appointments; perform services within the time allotted; properly clock in and out, including for meal periods, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures; and properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of product to support cost controls. Work without constant direct supervision and remain at the assigned post for extended periods of time while completing assigned duties and supporting scheduled Spa services and operations. Attend, participate in, and support all scheduled Spa, resort, departmental, training, and team member meetings as required. Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest, member, team member, and Company information. Exercise initiative and sound judgment by anticipating potential problems or opportunities, preparing appropriately, taking on additional responsibilities when needed, and responding effectively to situations as they arise with or without direct supervision. Demonstrate enthusiasm, strong guest service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a team-oriented approach. Maintain a working knowledge of the Company's property and special events on and near the property to advise members and guests whenever possible.

Responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of all employee and resident medical records, health disclosures, and related documentation. General Physical/Mental Requirements The following physical and mental requirements may be necessary to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form. Interpersonal skills with focused attention on guests' needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to appearance standards. Maintain consistent adherence to guest service standards. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Constant contact with guests and team members. Mobility in all Spa areas and throughout the club. Physical demands of the position. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and use of hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, and upper body during massage and body treatment services. Repetitive use of hands, wrists, fingers, arms, shoulders, and upper body. Ability to apply sustained pressure and perform repetitive massage techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods during services. Ability to maintain body mechanics during treatments. Ability to visually observe guest condition, treatment area, and sanitation needs. Lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs. Kneeling, pushing, pulling. Ascending and/or descending stairs. Work performed in areas which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, dimly lit, brightly illuminated, and/or on slippery surfaces. May come into contact with massage oils, lotions, cleaning products, disinfectants, solvents, fumes, odors, dust, and other environmental factors. Use of electrical devices and computer equipment.
