Duties Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, gel-X extensions, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish, and intricate designs based on client preferences Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Educate clients on nail care routines, product recommendations, and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable nail care products and accessories to clients Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and industry innovations to provide cutting-edge services Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work Broad knowledge of nail practices including gel manicures, pedicures and gel-x nail application (preferred) Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures Strong communication skills to engage clients confidently, understand their desired outcomes and provide personalized recommendations Ability to perform detailed nail care services such as cuticle treatment, buffing, shaping, and polishing Utilize salon software, Meevo, for appointment scheduling, rebooking and client records Basic understanding of color theory for custom nail design recommendations Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field is required Join us in creating memorable beauty experiences!
