Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay current on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to offer innovative services Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Assist with maintaining cleanliness of workstations and adhering to health regulations at all times Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in nail technology from an accredited program Proven experience working as a licensed nail technician in a professional setting within the beauty industry Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols for nail care services Familiarity with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Knowledge of additional beauty services like hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, hair threading, or lash extensions is advantageous but not required Embark on this exciting journey where your talent meets opportunity!
