Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans covering nail care, skincare, massage therapy, and other aesthetic treatments. Demonstrate proper techniques for manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and intricate nail art. Supervise students during practical exercises, ensuring safety protocols and industry standards are followed. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student growth and confidence. Teach foundational knowledge in anatomy, skin health, and cosmetology principles relevant to nail technology. Incorporate advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and facials into curriculum. Stay current with industry trends and certifications including hair styling, coloring, threading, and other aesthetic procedures to keep training relevant and innovative. Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and aesthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of skincare, anatomy, trigger point therapy, massage techniques (deep tissue massage), and esthetic laser treatments. Proven ability to teach adult learners through effective lesson planning and classroom management. Skilled in student supervision, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment. Proficiency in cosmetology disciplines such as hair styling, hair extensions, coloring, barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extensions. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while demonstrating technical procedures accurately. Familiarity with health & safety standards related to body waxing, dermabrasion, facial treatments, and other aesthetic services.
