Duties Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylic and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to recommend and create custom nail designs that match client preferences and trends Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products when appropriate Conduct additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified Educate clients on proper nail care routines to promote healthy nails between visits Manage retail sales efficiently by applying retail math skills to increase product sales and enhance client satisfaction Skills Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, and nail extensions Deep understanding of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable shades and designs Experience working in the beauty industry with excellent customer service skills to build lasting client relationships Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and dermabrasion treatments Ability to communicate clearly with clients about services offered and provide personalized recommendations Proficiency in retail sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, threading, waxing, and barbering is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about enhancing beauty through expert nail care while delivering exceptional client experiences!
