Responsibilities Perform manicures, Gel-X, Gel and Builder Gel as well as nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using Gloss Genius Assist with front desk duties including greeting your guests, checking in appointments, and managing your client flow Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
