Responsibilities Provide a wide range of nail services including gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and detailed nail care treatments. Perform eyelash extension applications with precision to enhance clients' natural beauty while ensuring safety and comfort. Apply advanced techniques such as color theory for custom nail art designs and dermabrasion for skin rejuvenation when appropriate. Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell retail products like nail care items or eyelash extension supplies. Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, body waxing, hair extensions, esthetic laser treatments, and other beauty services to provide comprehensive client care. Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement services while demonstrating excellent client communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience as a Nail Technician and Eyelash Technician with an established clientele. Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles including nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and eyelash extensions. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices. Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as pedicures, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of color theory and retail math to enhance service offerings and sales performance.
