We are also looking for an amazing Hair Stylist/Makeup Artist/Esthetician to help Bridal parties and guests look their best for their big day. Bonus points for applicants with those skills! Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures and pedicures with precision and artistry. Apply color theory principles to help clients choose the perfect shades and designs that complement their style. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and recommend retail products for ongoing maintenance. Stay current with industry trends such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and esthetic laser treatments to offer comprehensive beauty solutions. Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue through retail sales. Follow all salon safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff at all times. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist. Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with color theory, nail extensions, and advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments is preferred. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, service explanation, and retail recommendations. Ability to perform multiple treatments like body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and hair styling is a plus. Strong understanding of salon safety protocols combined with attention to detail in sanitation practices. Experience in retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
