We focus on creating a great client experience by making sure every client feels heard, while also prioritizing nail health, safety, and high-quality service through our HEMA-free and 10-free product standards. Day to day, you will be building your client book while continuing to grow your nail skills in a supportive environment. Schedule :

Flexible, with expected 3-4 days per week Experience level : Beginner or experienced

Responsibilities :

• Preform all services, maintain a clean organized station
• follow sanitation and safety procedures throughout the day and at the end of each shift
• rebook clients and retain client retention
• help keep the salon professional and welcoming.
• deliver a positive client experience through professionalism, punctuality, and strong customer care.
• work independently while following Mani Cave policies, procedures, and service expectations.

Requirements :

• Active/ valid Pennsylvania nail or cosmetology license
• beginner or experienced applicants are welcomed
• reliable transportation
• ability to provide excellent client care in a service-focused enviroment.
