What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Holds a current South Carolina Manicurist/Nail Technician license Has proven experience performing Russian and/or dry manicures and pedicures Is highly skilled in detailed cuticle work and precision nail care Maintains exceptional sanitation, cleanliness, and attention to detail Is professional, polished, reliable, and client-focused Creates a warm, elevated, and personalized client experience Has strong consultation, communication, retention, and rebooking skills Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a positive team culture Is passionate about continuing education and refining their technique Is comfortable being featured in digital marketing initiatives, including social media content, educational videos, and promotional campaigns Is willing to partner with our marketing team to help grow their book of business through activities such as participating in photo and video shoots, encouraging client reviews and referrals, and occasionally representing Spa Azure at community events and wellness partnerships
