In this dynamic role, you will deliver a variety of manicure and pedicure treatments, including gel manicures, nail extensions, and acrylic nail applications. Your expertise will enhance clients' confidence and beauty, creating a welcoming environment where they feel pampered and valued. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and care. Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients' styles. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and ensure a satisfying experience. Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or nail care tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices. Manage appointment schedules efficiently while ensuring a clean, organized workspace that meets all sanitation standards. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work. Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, dip, builder gel and sanitation procedures. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs clearly. Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a positive salon environment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
