In this dynamic role, you'll deliver expert manicure and pedicure services, including gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions, all while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for nail care and enhancements Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare, and retail products to enhance their experience and satisfaction Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client engagement Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques such as dermabrasion or hair threading, and industry best practices Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and sanitation standards required for safe practice Familiarity with salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures and client communication skills Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as pedicures, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to recommend products confidently and upsell effectively Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms nails into works of art while delivering outstanding customer service.
