Responsibilities Rent and maintain your designated nail station within our salon, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and inviting for clients Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety and satisfaction Engage with clients professionally, offering personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and color choices based on color theory principles Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded while fostering repeat business Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in nail care and related beauty services Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and retain clients Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices in a professional salon setting
