Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match client preferences and current trends Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience Upsell retail products like nail care items or related beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Assist with maintaining a clean, organized work environment in compliance with salon safety standards Stay updated on the latest techniques in nail care, esthetic laser treatments, and trending styles to offer innovative services Skills Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and the application of gel manicures, acrylics, and nail extensions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in manicure, pedicure, and esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or body waxing Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation practices and disinfection procedures Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs Knowledge of hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills combined with retail math skills for accurate transactions Join us to elevate your career in beauty by delivering outstanding nail services that leave clients feeling fabulous!
