Duties Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques such as nail art design, color theory application, and gel or acrylic application to create customized looks Provide consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and styles tailored to individual preferences and lifestyles Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for long-lasting results Keep detailed records of services provided, products used, and client preferences for future reference Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail strengthening treatments Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Familiarity with sanitation standards and infection control procedures in a salon setting Experience with advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs Proficiency in retail math for product sales and inventory management Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets exceptional service!
