We are hiring experienced, advanced Nail Technicians for a W-2 employee position . Our Culture Sugar Pop Nails is a team-driven salon designed for experienced and advanced Nail Technicians. We hold high standards for quality, efficiency, professionalism, and client care . Our team works closely together within Sugar Pop Nails and alongside the Lash Method team to create a polished, welcoming, and seamless experience for every client. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele Build strong, lasting client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service Perform traditional manicures, gel services, and soft gel extensions Safely install and remove nail sets with precision and care Create custom nail art based on client inspiration, preferences, and skill level Consistently meet and exceed client expectations Work collaboratively with both the Sugar Pop Nails and Lash Method teams Use salon scheduling software to manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule Process client payments using salon payment systems Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Assist with general salon duties as needed Who You Are Confident, efficient, and experienced in advanced nail services Team-oriented, dependable, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shared beauty environment Skilled at creating a positive and professional client experience A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently while contributing positively to the overall team Requirements Valid Utah Nail Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetology license At least 1 year of professional salon experience Experience performing gel services and soft gel extensions Strong knowledge of proper sanitation and safe service practices Availability to work evenings and weekends Employment Details This is a W-2 employee position .
