We provide all essential nail products and equipment, including regular polish, gel polish, nail enhancement products, and a fully equipped nail station. Technicians are responsible for providing their own e-file (nail drill) and bits, nail art brushes and tools (nippers, cuticle pushers, nail clippers, ext..) , as well as any additional specialty tools or supplies you choose to use to enhance their services. Compensation is commission-based, plus tips. Building and maintaining your own clientele is highly encouraged, as it provides the greatest opportunity to maximize your income. Responsibilities Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements using gel, acrylics, or natural techniques. Apply color theory principles to create custom nail art and designs that match client preferences. Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures diligently to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and industry standards to deliver innovative services. Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products. perform other daily cleaning tasks to upkeep the salon to provide the best experience for the clients. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails. Strong understanding of sanitation, disinfection procedures, and safety standards within a salon setting. Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current nail art trends. Ability to perform diverse services including manicur, pedicure, acrylics, builder/hard gel. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients. Familiarity with retail sales principles and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Certification in cosmetology or nail technology licensing as required by local regulations.
