Sugar Plum is a mission driven company. We believe each of our choices make an impact in the world. We offer our clients fair trade, USDA organic, sugaring hair removal services. Each service we do directly affects the farmers in northern Brazil who are paid a fair wage for their sugar cane. We use biodegradable gloves and waste bags as well as reusable linens in our quest to make our studios zero waste. We have five locations and two different shifts. Positions available varies. At this time, we are looking for technicians already experienced in sugaring. One (1) year experience in sugaring in a spa/salon is required. We are a local company that provides living wage jobs, with room for growth. Our pay range for a sugaring position is $22.00- $50.12 per hour. Our technicians make an average of $37.23 per hour at one year of employment. As we are not offering Sugaring 101 training for this position, we would provide a hiring bonus depending on experience.
