Your expertise in various nail techniques, combined with your dedication to sanitation and customer satisfaction, will elevate our salon experience. Duties Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, and Gel-X nail extensions, and simple to intricate nail art using color theory principles. Conduct pedicures and other foot care treatments for relaxing healthy nails and skin. Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as Gel-X extensions and structure gel with precision and safety. Follow salon safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Stay current on industry trends Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail work. Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures essential for maintaining a safe environment. Familiarity with color theory, Gel-X extensions, gel manicures, pedicures, and other advanced nail techniques. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships. Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining efficiency during busy salon hours.
