Essential Job duties include:

Applicant must be able to exude confidence, manage a classroom, prioritize duties, exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal and critical-thinking skills to communicate ideas while analyzing and solving student concerns Applicant must be highly motivated with a passion for student success, ability to multi-task, highly organized and adaptable Applicant must exude strong presentation skills with the ability to relate to various types of students and learning styles Ability to teach techniques and skills in both a classroom and student spa environment. Present, update and implement curriculum by instructing new advancements in the appearance enhancement field. Monitor and evaluate student progress. Accurately maintain program and student records. Responsible for adhering to a well-structured lesson plan. Regular, reliable attendance which adheres to assigned work schedule including proper log in/log out for time recording

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicant must have current NYS Esthetics License. Applicant must provide documentation of 2 years of full-time employment as a NYS licensed esthetician or 4 years of part-time employment.

Computer Skills :

proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint (creating and editing presentations).

Writing and Communication Skills :

Ability to effectively communicate with students, co-workers and managers. Must have basic knowledge of the internet and social media outlets

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree a plus Teaching or Training experience a plus Spanish speaking a plus
