Practice proper posture, how to pass on food, and techniques for eating difficult foods gracefully.
Dining Interview Basics:
Learn how to converse comfortably with superiors during a multi-course business luncheon without letting your table manners slip.
Professional Dress:
Understanding the nuances of "business formal," "business casual," and "smart casual" attire for fine dining, interviews and corporate events. (The Etiquette Final Dinner) On the last day of the class, we will have a formal dinner to show in real time what the students have learned.
