Tinozzi Chiropractic and Massage Studio is looking for a warm, organized, hands-on Practice Manager to help our growing team thrive. This person will turn big-picture goals into smooth daily operations—creating clarity, improving workflows, supporting the team, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks. Taking collaborative ideas and turning them into results is our ideal goal! You'll work closely with the Practice Owner and lead massage therapist while supporting a team of 23 employees (16 of which are massage therapists). This is an in-person, "back desk" role that combines office management with supplemental front-desk support.

What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations, schedules, and administrative workflows Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and follow through on deadlines Support and lead the administrative team Lead monthly team meetings aligned with our values and goals Serve as the liaison between staff and leadership Standardize office procedures and help train new hires Partner with the lead therapist on therapist scheduling and payroll Step in with scheduling, payments, and other front-desk needs when necessary Help create a welcoming, polished experience for every patient You May Be a Great Fit If You Are Experienced in managing and leading a team—this is required Experienced in a medical, chiropractic, or similar healthcare office Creative in your ideas! Solutions come in many forms and we are open to your input. Warm, professional, and an excellent communicator Highly organized and dependable Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions Skilled at holding others accountable with kindness Able to balance daily details with larger practice priorities Familiar with the Mindbody scheduling app—experience is a plus but this is trainable.
