About HoneMD HoneMD is a modern, design-forward medspa focused exclusively on injectables. Our Torrance flagship is open and growing quickly, and we're expanding across Southern California. We're looking for a rockstar Practice Manager to lead the Torrance team, own key KPIs, and drive four-wall profitability. The Role This is a high-impact position where you'll combine sales leadership, team management, and clinic operations . You'll be responsible for hitting utilization and revenue targets, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and managing the P&L of our flagship clinic. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire the Torrance team Own KPIs and sales performance (rebooking, upsells, cross-sells) Manage day-to-day clinic operations and scheduling for maximum utilization Oversee inventory, compliance, and systems accuracy Deliver a five-star patient experience at every visit What We're Looking For 5+ years in management (aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, retail, or hospitality) Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing P&L performance Strong leadership and communication skills Operationally savvy with scheduling, inventory, and staff management experience Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends Why HoneMD Competitive base + performance bonuses tied to KPIs Opportunity to lead our flagship and set the standard for future growth Strong marketing investment.
