Our environment is professional, welcoming, and fast-paced on weekends, and we are looking for a dependable Spa Coordinator to help keep operations running smoothly. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Spa Coordinator to oversee weekend operations, support therapists, assist clients, and help maintain a calm, clean spa environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in busy environments, and takes pride in keeping things organized. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily spa operations and support therapists during services Communicate with front desk and staff to keep schedules running on time Ensure treatment rooms and common areas stay organized and presentable Assist with light cleaning and resetting rooms between clients Help create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest Handle small operational issues calmly and professionally Support team members and maintain a positive work atmosphere Requirements Experience working in a fast-paced environment (spa, hospitality, medical office, salon, hotel, or similar preferred) Strong people skills — friendly, calm, and professional with clients and staff Highly reliable and punctual (weekend attendance is critical) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable being on your feet and moving between rooms Must have strong communication skills Ideal Candidate ✔ Naturally warm and professional personality ✔ Detail-oriented and proactive ✔ Team-focused and supportive ✔ Calm under pressure ✔ Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions Why Join Us Stable weekend schedule Positive and supportive spa team Beautiful, relaxing work environment Opportunity for long-term growth
