Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager to lead our busy, full-service spa. We're looking for someone who is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in sales management, spa operations, and customer service . - Deliver consistent results, grow a loyal member base, and ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience.
What You Bring 2-3 years of management experience in salon/spa, retail, or hospitality. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward sales and service goals. Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including some evenings and one weekend day. Strong communication skills with the ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services .
