Sunkissed Tanning & Wellness is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. We are a locally owned, year-round salon offering premium UV tanning, spray tanning, red light and wellness services, along with professional lotions and products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, leading a team, driving sales, and taking ownership of daily operations. Our current manager will remain part-time and assist with some weekend coverage and the transition. Compensation & Perks $20

•25/hour (cash) , based on experience Sales commissions, performance bonuses & incentives FREE tanning and wellness services Employee product discounts Flexible scheduling and year-round employment Paid training and opportunity for growth Responsibilities As Salon Manager, you'll oversee the customer experience and overall daily operation of the salon, including: Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the team while providing excellent customer service Drive memberships, packages, lotions, products, and wellness sales and help achieve monthly goals Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, salon cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance Oversee tanning and wellness equipment, coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, and work directly with service providers and vendors Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and salon supplies Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally Assist with promotions, events, marketing initiatives, and ideas to grow the business Complete regular sales, staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational reporting for ownership Monitor overall salon performance and communicate issues, opportunities, and recommendations to ownership Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, positive, and self-motivated with strong customer service and leadership skills. You should be comfortable managing a small team, working independently, communicating with vendors, using basic computer/POS systems, and taking responsibility for the salon's daily operation. Weekday and some weekend availability is required , along with flexibility to help cover busy periods, vacations, and special events. Previous management, retail, hospitality, salon, spa, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience is preferred. Tanning experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person.
