B-Tan salon & Spa in Wilmington on Naamans road offering UV and sunless tanning along with a wellness pod, and red-light is seeking 2 motivated and experienced sales and salon persons to join our team. Candidates MUST have relevant experience in tanning, sunless or relevant experience in retail and our industry As a Team member or Manager in training, you will be trained for overseeing the daily operations and all aspects of tanning, sunless and wellness options we offer. Along with exceptional customer service along with working side by side with the area manager. If you have experience and passion for our industry and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you. Our salon is open 7 days a week so all schedules are flexible

Experience:

Proprietary Training is provided

• Strong knowledge of Tanning, sunless tanning and sales helpful
• Familiarity with sanitation practices and procedures in a salon setting
