— Advanced Medical Aesthetics is a new, modern, results-driven medical spa specializing in advanced face and body treatments, skin rejuvenation, lifting, contouring and aesthetic technologies. We are building a strong brand, a high-performing team and an exceptional client experience — and we are looking for the right manager to grow with us and play a key role in the success of the business. The right candidate must have the experience and confidence to: Lead, manage and hold a team accountable Recognize a strong esthetician and evaluate treatment performance Understand client consultations, treatment plans and the full client journey Identify operational problems quickly and take initiative to solve them Train and guide staff on professionalism, communication and service standards Manage scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups and daily spa operations Understand sales, packages, memberships and client retention Review performance and recognize where the business is losing opportunities Maintain a luxury, professional and results-driven environment Take ownership — without needing constant direction Medical spa / aesthetics management experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for a leader with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, high standards and a results-driven mindset.
