EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a spa setting Strong organizational and guest service skills; able to work efficiently under deadlines with attention to detail Clear, positive communication skills for interacting with guests in person and by phone Ability to identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment Skilled in managing challenging interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following: Now offering Daily Pay !
