This leadership role is responsible for overseeing compliance with Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulations while delivering exceptional massage services and supporting daily spa operations. This position is ideal for a therapist looking to advance into a leadership role within a growing luxury wellness company. Responsibilities Serve as the Designated Establishment Manager (DEM) Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulations Oversee daily massage operations Maintain treatment rooms and facility standards Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports, and other massage modalities Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records Mentor and support massage therapists Assist with inventory and sanitation procedures Help maintain an exceptional luxury client experience Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapist License Eligible to serve as Designated Establishment Manager CPR/AED Certification (or obtain within 30 days) Human Trafficking CEU completed Strong communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and attitude Luxury spa or wellness experience preferred Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training Career advancement Supportive management Luxury work environment Employee discounts Performance bonuses
