We're looking for a Salon Manager to help us run a tight, welcoming operation: someone who can lead our stylists, keep the schedule full, keep clients happy, and help the business grow. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day salon operations: scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily workflow Recruit, hire, onboard, and train lash and brow technicians Manage inventory: ordering supplies, tracking usage, controlling waste and cost Handle client concerns and service escalations with professionalism Monitor and improve rebooking rates, retail sales, and client retention Enforce sanitation, safety, and licensing compliance standards Support marketing efforts (social media coordination, promotions, local partnerships) Track team performance and provide coaching/feedback Assist with payroll coordination, commission tracking, and basic reporting to ownership What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of salon, spa, or beauty industry management experience (lash/brow experience strongly preferred) No cosmetology/specialty license required for this role; we're looking for management skills first Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills: you can coach a team and handle a tough client conversation Comfortable with scheduling/POS software Retail and rebooking sales mindset Reliable, organized, and able to work some evenings/weekends as the business needs Compensation & Benefits $38,000-$41,000/year, salaried, based on experience Paid time off available after 90 days Discounts on salon services and retail products Performance bonus opportunities Paid professional development and education
