Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an assistant salon manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally
Manage the flow of correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements
Exceptional hospitality and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Basic computer skills
