Med Spa Manager responsibilities include:

Driving spa revenue to achieve targets Managing a team of 3 to 5 people (leading, managing, and holding them accountable) Ensuring client retention and 5-star customer service standards Maintaining the smooth operation of a highly reputable med spa Collaborating with the leadership team on business objectives The right Med Spa Manager will: Be passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry, with previous experience in high-end service Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational skills Have proven management experience and the ability to lead using emotional intelligence If you do not yet meet the 2-year management experience requirement, you may still be considered for an Assistant Manager role, with the opportunity to grow into a Med Spa Manager position based on performance, experience, and business needs.
