Job Description
Haircutting Plus is growing, and we're looking for a Salon Manager to lead our team and help take the business to the next level. What you'll do:
- Set monthly goals for our stylists and keep the team on track
- Run our social media and marketing (Instagram, Threads, Facebook)
- Keep clients happy and the salon running smoothly day to day What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of salon experience, with some leadership (lead stylist, trainer, or similar counts)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Comfortable with social media and basic marketing
- Licensed cosmetologist is a plus, but not required
Pay:
Base salary plus a 10% bonus on all revenue above the salon's monthly goal. When the salon wins, you win.To apply:
