We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Salon Coordinator to be the first impression of our salon and an essential part of our team. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointments, phone calls, texts, and online bookings. Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout. Support our stylists with daily operations and scheduling. Assist with retail recommendations and inventory. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our front desk and guest areas. Help keep the salon running efficiently throughout the day. What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Positive, professional, and polished demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with technology and scheduling software. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
