Join Our Team We're looking for a dependable, confident, and service-oriented Manager on Duty who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. As the operational leader during your assigned shifts, you'll help oversee daily spa operations, support Front Desk Associates and Independent Contractors, resolve guest concerns, and ensure the spa operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means maintaining an organized, guest-focused operation, supporting the team throughout each shift, making sound decisions under pressure, and ensuring Betty's service standards are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities Lead daily spa operations during assigned shifts. Support, mentor, and supervise Front Desk Associates. Serve as the primary operational resource for Independent Contractors during your shift. Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed according to established standards. Monitor appointment accuracy, scheduling, and guest communications. Coordinate with leadership regarding staffing, operational concerns, and shift transitions. Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready facility. Support operational needs during weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Assist with training new Front Desk Associates. Respond appropriately to emergencies and operational disruptions following established procedures. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Minimum two years of customer service experience. Spa, hospitality, retail, or related experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A guest-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service. The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. A dependable work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability. CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Why Join Betty's?
