Spa Coordinator - Divine Complexions (Wilsonville, OR) At Divine Complexions, we believe every client deserves an experience as exceptional as their results. About the role:

Part-Time:

2-3 days per week, plus on-call availability as needed.

Schedule :

Our spa is open seven days a week. The role that needs to be filled is the weekend, part-time role.

Saturday:

8:30 AM-5:30

PM, Sunday:

10:30 AM-6:30

PM What You'll Do:

As a Spa Coordinator, you're the first and last impression of Divine Complexions. You'll create a seamless luxury experience while supporting providers, educating clients, and helping the business grow. Client Experience Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Deliver a five-star experience from check-in through checkout Resolve client questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion Help maintain an immaculate, welcoming, luxury spa environment Scheduling & Operations Manage a high-volume phone line with exceptional customer service Schedule appointments for multiple providers with efficiency and accuracy Monitor schedules and maximize provider productivity Assist providers throughout the day so appointments run smoothly Process client payments accurately Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and occasional local errands (including shipping online orders) Sales & Growth (commission-eligible) Educate clients on treatments, skincare, memberships, and current promotions Recommend products and services based on client needs Drive retail sales and membership growth — and earn commission on memberships and packages you sell Support community events, promotions, and marketing initiatives Assist with daily social media content and engagement Who You Are Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and skincare Naturally warm, friendly, and confident with people Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experienced with high-volume phones and complex scheduling Motivated by retail sales and client education — you see commission as opportunity, not pressure Dependable, flexible, and solutions-oriented Professional in appearance and communication A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others Qualifications Previous experience in a medical spa, spa, salon, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred Experience scheduling for multiple providers Proven customer service and sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer and scheduling-software skills Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional client service Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (excluding THC) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Commission on membership and package sales — grow your income with every sale Event bonuses Complimentary and discounted aesthetic services Employee discounts on skincare products Professional development and career-growth opportunities Supportive, positive team culture Room to grow as Divine Complexions continues to expand Why Divine Complexions?
