Responsibilities Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure seamless service delivery Ensure strict sanitation and safety protocols are followed in accordance with industry standards and local regulations. Utilize spa management software like Sunlync and Sling to schedule appointments, process retail sales, track client records, and generate reports. Develop engaging social media content and manage online presence to promote services and special offers. Maintain excellent client communication to understand their needs and deliver personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction. Oversee front desk operations including booking appointments, managing inquiries, and ensuring guest services are delivered with warmth and professionalism. Experience Proven management experience preferred Strong understanding of sanitation standards across all treatment areas to ensure guest safety. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking across sales, client communication, retail management and service delivery.
