The ideal candidate:

Be a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual Possess excellent people skills Possess strong management qualities Prior Leasing & Property Management experience in Residential / Commercial environment highly preferred Prior Leasing & Property Management software experience Ledger Management / Collections / Basic Accounting skills preferred Beauty Industry Management experience a plus Must have intermediate computer knowledge

$70,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus opportunities
