• Responsibilities
• Support daily spa operations and assist management Lead and support front desk and spa team members Assist with staff communication, training, and scheduling Handle guest concerns and provide excellent customer service Help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with both Korean and English-speaking staff and guests
• Qualifications
• Fluent in Korean and English (Required) Previous leadership, management, or supervisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Responsible, organized, and able to multitask Problem solver with a positive attitude Hospitality, spa, beauty, or service industry experience preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Position Details
• Full-time position Weekend availability required (Saturday required, Sunday closed) Starting pay: $30+/hour depending on experience
