Overview We are seeking a skilled, team-oriented, and professional Assistant Spa Manager to join our team long-term and help lead the day-to-day operations of our growing luxury head spa. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the guest experience, front desk operations, and our team. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys creating an organized and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about exceptional service, takes pride in supporting a strong team, and is excited to learn and grow with a thriving small business. Qualifications Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Proactive, dependable, and comfortable leading a team Spa, salon, beauty, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred Washington cosmetology or esthetician license is a strong plus Weekend availability required Desired Skills (but Not Required): Experience using Boulevard booking system Comfort educating clients on at-home scalp and hair care Familiarity with premium haircare or skincare brands like Milbon or Davines Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk and spa operations Deliver an exceptional guest experience and handle client concerns Manage appointment flow, scheduling needs, and staff coverage Provide day-to-day direction and support to the team Reinforce spa policies, procedures, and service standards Delegate and follow up on daily operational tasks Support inventory, retail, memberships, and gift cards Assist with onboarding and training new team members, as needed Identify operational needs and proactively find solutions Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa, including daily cleaning and laundry Work closely with ownership and the team to ensure smooth daily operations Provide additional support as needed
