Front of House Duties include:

Greet, check-in & check-out guests Maintain clean & well stocked beverage area Maintain pleasant patio & reception area, including aromas and music Respond to guest inquiries & calls Be well versed in retail products, services, and membership offerings Assist with clerical and operational tasks as required Perform opening and closing duties Back of House Duties include: Properly clean & sanitize spa brushes and utensils, keeping a fresh supply in stock Manage spa laundry, keeping a fresh supply of linens in stock Ensure bathrooms & kitchen remain well stocked with disposable items (toilet paper, towels, feminine products, soap, coffee, etc) Ensure basement, kitchen, and bathrooms are kept tidy Manage trash thru out spa, taking it out as needed and at end of day Record inventory of disposed back bar products at end of day
