Key Responsibilities Precision Sewing & ConstructionOperate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.

Construct products according to detailed specifications, patterns, and work instructions.

Ensure seam quality, alignment, stitching consistency, and structural integrity meet established standards.

Maintain accuracy in measurements, cuts, and assembly techniques. Quality AssuranceInspect materials prior to sewing to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure finished goods meet company and customer expectations.

Identify and correct sewing errors before advancing product to the next production stage.

Escalate recurring material or process issues to leadership for resolution. Production EfficiencyMeet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Minimize rework, scrap, and material waste through disciplined workmanship.
