Maintain accuracy in measurements, cuts, and assembly techniques. Quality AssuranceInspect materials prior to sewing to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure finished goods meet company and customer expectations.
Identify and correct sewing errors before advancing product to the next production stage.
Escalate recurring material or process issues to leadership for resolution. Production EfficiencyMeet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Minimize rework, scrap, and material waste through disciplined workmanship.
Maintain steady workflow and readiness to support shifting production priorities. Equipment & Workspace MaintenanceMaintain sewing equipment in clean, safe working condition.
Report maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly.
