Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design ideas, providing expert advice on placement, size, and color options. Execute high-quality tattooing and body piercing procedures while maintaining strict adherence to sterilization protocols and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with sanitation standards and tattooing sterilization protocols. Educate clients on aftercare procedures, ensuring they understand how to care for their new tattoos or piercings for optimal healing. Manage appointment scheduling, client consultations, and sales of tattoo-related products or accessories. Uphold all tattooing and piercing safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control measures. Stay current with industry trends, color theory, and professional art techniques to continually enhance your craft. Skills Proven experience in tattooing, body piercing, or related artistic fields such as illustration or design. Strong understanding of sterilization protocols, sanitation practices, and safety regulations specific to tattooing and piercing industries. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. Knowledge of color theory to create vibrant, visually appealing designs. Ability to manage client expectations while providing professional guidance on design choices. Experience with store management or retail sales is a plus for handling product recommendations and upselling.
