You MUST have experience working on a dedicated residential repaint or custom home crew.
WHAT DOES NOT COUNT
Apartment turns/unit repaints, house flipping/rehabs, maintenance painting, handyman work, or general remodeling.
WHAT COUNTS
1+ years of daily fine-finish surface prep, masking, sharp cut lines, smooth rolling, and airless spraying for clients who demand perfection. If your resume only lists apartment painting, rehabs, or handyman work, your application will be automatically rejected. Why Paint With The Picky Painters? We specialize in high-end residential repaints and custom new builds. We don't do sloppy, "blow-and-go" production or cheap rental turns. We pay a solid base rate based on your actual skill level ($15-$18/hr for helpers/entry, up to $25-$30/hr for senior finish pros), PLUS an uncapped efficiency bonus on every job. If you and your crew finish a project under the budgeted hours while maintaining our high quality standards, the labor savings go straight into your paycheck. What We Expect from
You Fine-Finish Skills:
Real surface prep, sharp brush lines, clean rolling, and airless spray capability (for top-pay brackets).
Speed & Detail:
Knowing how to move fast without making sloppy messes or cutting quality corners.
Logistics:
Your own reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
Strict Site Rules:

Payroll:
Weekly direct deposit. NO cash, NO 1099 runarounds.
Uncapped Bonus Engine:
