Compensation:
$23 - $28 hour
DOE Responsibilities:
Craft high-quality wood products, ensuring each piece meets our exacting standards for precision and quality. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for custom millwork projects. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues. Utilize modern woodworking equipment to efficiently produce countertops, decorative panels, and other specialty items. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to uphold our commitment to excellence. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines and goals are met. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing your expertise and learning from others to enhance collective skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Experience in crafting high-quality wood products with precision and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to develop innovative solutions for custom millwork projects. Proven track record of maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. Proficiency in using modern woodworking equipment to produce specialty items efficiently. Strong skills in inspecting finished products for quality assurance and making necessary adjustments. Excellent communication skills to ensure project timelines and goals are met collaboratively. Ability to contribute positively to a team environment by sharing expertise and learning from others.
