Alder Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, independently owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice with deep community roots in San Lorenzo, CA. We are moving into a brand-new, purpose-built 4,600 sqft facility and are growing our support team to match. We are not corporate-affiliated, and our clients and team come first.

POSITION DETAILS

Title:

Technician Assistant (3 openings)

Type:

Hourly Schedule:

Weekday clinic hours plus rotating Saturday shifts

Experience:

No minimum experience required; pay is commensurate with experience Scheduling details, including any shift sharing between locations, will be discussed at the time of interview.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Pay:

$22 - $26 per hour, dependent upon experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist our veterinary technicians and doctors with restraint, helping with exam room appointments, basic patient care, cleaning and stocking exam and treatment areas, and general support so our medical team can focus on patient care.

SUPPORT TEAM

You will be joining an experienced team of Registered Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and front office staff, with plenty of hands-on mentorship as you grow your skills.
