Job Description

General Description The veterinary assistant provides assistance to the technical support team and to our veterinarians. They are a key role in the efficiency of the hospital. From directly helping technicians in treatment rooms, to changing over rooms for the next patient and everything in between.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning Stocking Packaging lab samples Assisting with treatments Patient handling, lifting, and restraint Occasional Client communications Occasional Discharging patients Uses online client-facing scheduling and communications app Uses cloud-based electronic medical records system Uses Mac, PC, iPad, and credit card machine

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT DESIRABLE

Full-time positions include every other Saturday 8am - 12pm
